Cathy A. Shea • 23 years of experience as a Personal Trainer Additionally, Cathy has provided individualized exercise programs for members of large, multi-purpose health clubs. She has performed fitness testing and evaluations prior to exercise prescription and also designed and implemented entire Wellness Programs for large multi-purpose health clubs. Cathy has experience with post-surgical and injury rehab programs, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal dysfunction. She works with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Cathy has completed 15 Marathons including the Boston Marathon twice and has trained numerous people who have completed 5k's, 10k's, or even their first marathon. Most importantly, Cathy has the knowledge, experience, and passion to motivate and change people’s lives through exercise, nutrition, and attitude. |
