Personal Training Services
• Assessment and Evaluation NOW ACCEPTING GROUPS OF 3-4 PEOPLE FOR FAST-MOVING CIRCUIT TRAINING. THIS IS SIMILIAR TO INTERVAL TRAINING, WHILE INCORPORATING VARIABLE RESISTANCE TRAINING WITH WEIGHTS, BANDS, AND BODY MOVEMENT. PLEASE HAVE YOUR GROUP CREATED BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. Sessions are fast-moving, no waiting for machines, and no walking from floor to floor in a club. The average session will be approximately 45 minutes. Pilates is also offered as an individual or small group session. You will leave each session with a tremendous sense of accomplishment! Additional Services: Half-Marathon, Marathon, 10K and 5K Training Program Home Gym Set-Up and Recommendations Health Club or Studio Consulting. Rates may vary depending on location and size All sessions and packages purchased need to be paid at the time of services rendered. Sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon ........
